Ken Evoy
Founder and Chairman of the
Board
Ken Evoy is the Founder of SiteSell Inc. and the creator of SBI!, a comprehensive
Web business-building system. Evoy is also the author of a series of widely-acclaimed "best on the Net" e-commerce books and
courses. Due to his efforts, the SiteSell brand is highly-respected by top influential Internet business personalities around
the world.
A successful entrepreneur, Evoy has invented over 23 products that have sold
internationally, generating 100's of millions of dollars in revenues for various companies. He also developed several software
products including one for the stock market sector.
Ken Evoy is a physician who formerly
taught and practiced emergency medicine at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
Evoy brands
his business philosophy as "E-business Success. Simple. Real." He feels strongly that every small business can be empowered
to use the Internet to leverage their income-building potential -- whether it is to build an e-business, grow an existing

Daniel Kornitzer

As the Company's
Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kornitzer's main roles are to oversee the company, strengthen its growth and reputation, increase
its operational efficiency, and to expand its reach through new divisions, such as SiteSell Education and SiteSell Services.
Before joining SiteSell, Mr. Kornitzer was President of TWPS Ltd (Bermuda) and, prior to that,
Senior Vice-President at SureFire Commerce. He also possesses thirteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry,
where he held senior management positions at Nortel Networks and General DataComm.
Across
his different mandates, Mr. Kornitzer has generated significant customer and shareholder value, through innovative thinking
and disciplined management.
Mr. Kornitzer holds a B. Eng. from Ecole Polytechnique, a M.
Eng. from McGill University and a diploma in Network Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Allan Drinkwater
Vice President, Product Development
As the Company's Vice President of Product Development, Mr. Drinkwater is in charge of both product
management and development. Before joining SiteSell, Mr. Drinkwater was a Product Director at Optimal Payments and prior to
that held various positions within the product development and sales groups of technology companies such as Kana Communications
of Menlo Park, California and Parametric Technology Corporation of Needham, Massachusetts. Mr. Drinkwater holds a B. Eng.
in mechanical engineering from McGill University.
Allan Abrahams
Vice President, User Interface Design
A member of SiteSell since its inception, Mr. Abrahams oversees all of the company's Web sites, product design, and online
development teams. He brings years of experience in design and pre-press from his agency background, and has been involved
in the creation of Internet sites and applications for the past 10 years.
In his former
life, Mr. Abrahams was a musician, and has done sessions and played with (among others) the likes of Jon Bon Jovi, and Celine
Dion.
David Too
Senior Vice
President, Business Development
As the Senior Vice President, Business Development,
Mr. Too's primary goal is to champion the vitality and long-term stability of the small business market by developing strong
partnerships with companies that recognize the success-generating potential of SiteSell's business-building solutions (SBI!,
SBI! eLearning and SiteSell Services) for their small business clients.
Mr. Too has been
involved in the high tech area for 20+ years with positions at various senior management levels. He is an experienced relationship-builder,
highly skilled at establishing strategic alliances and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining SiteSell, Mr. Too was Vice President of Intermate, a leading software developer in IBM mainframe,
iSeries output solutions market. His senior management experience has also included being in charge of major global accounts
and business development for a division of Kodak.
Mr. Too holds a B. Com degree from Concordia
University, specializing in management and business law.
Chris Chickering
Vice President, Business Development
An excellent communicator, Chris Chickering's main role is to establish high-level strategic alliances where there is a
natural business-building fit between a company and SBI!.
Mr. Chickering brings over 20
years of sales and marketing experience to the table. Before joining the team, Chris served as Director of Business Development
for Learning Strategies, a premier provider of personal-development, education, and health programs.
Making the world "a better place to be" is a passion for Mr. Chickering. He has reviewed literally hundreds of personal
development programs, and was ultimately drawn to SiteSell because of the company's commitment to "OVERdelivery," and overwhelming
track record of client success.
Mr. Chickering, who lives in Santa Fe, NM, enjoys work,
physical training, song writing, and performing an occasional magic show.
Theresa Coffey
Vice President, Content Development
A member of the Content Team since 2000, Ms. Coffey oversees, edits and contributes to SiteSell's expansive documentation
(sales sites, e-books, 5 Pillar Affiliate Program educational resources, SBI!'s online Action Guide and help files, weekly
newsletters, business-related articles for SBI! owners, etc.).
Ms. Coffey, who has a family
retail background, worked as a teacher/facilitator in both formal and informal educational environments prior to joining SiteSell.
She holds a BA from the University of Waterloo and a BEd from the University of Western Ontario (London).

Bob Laverdure
Bob Laverdure is an entrepreneur
and financial investor in various businesses. Until recently, Bob was Senior Vice President at TD Bank Financial Group where,
over the past 34 years, he fulfilled several executive mandates for the Bank in Quebec, leading Corporate and Investment Banking
and, more recently, the Commercial and Retail Banks. Bob is acknowledged by his peers for his business acumen and his expertise
in establishing and leading teams.
Joel Leonoff
Joel Leonoff is an entrepreneur who has founded
several substantial high-tech companies since the mid-nineties. Mr. Leonoff was a co-founder of TotalNet.com, a successful
ISP later acquired by a major telco. He later co-founded and was Chief Operating Officer of SureFire Commerce, a publicly
traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange (now Optimal Payments).
